Eddera Policies

Eddera offers the following store policies:


GENERAL:
All Items are sold in new conditions. We go to extreme quality control to have accurate descriptions. All Jewelry is authentic.

RETURN POLICY:

Due to Store Rules we do not offer Store Returns, only Store Exchange.
Sale items are not returnable.

You have seven days to request an Exchange by email or phone. Items must not be tampered with, damaged, or switched. They have to be in same condition as we shipped before. Customer is responsible for exchange shipping, unless we made a listing error.

SHIPPING:
P.O. Box address, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.

Domestic: We ship UPS when the shipping destination is in USA.
Priority USPS: The cost of shipping is $6 without tracking numbers or insurance.
UPS: The cost of shipping is $15 with insurance and tracking numbers.

CA shipping addresses do not pay for shipping, only sales tax.

International: We ship USPS for international shipping destinations.
The cost of shipping is $42 for Express International Shipping with tracking numbers or insurance.
The cost of shipping is $20 for Priority International Shipping without tracking numbers or insurance.


Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands:
We ship USPS when the shipping destination is in the above states/territories.
The cost of shipping is $42 for Express International Shipping with tracking numbers or insurance.
The cost of shipping is $20 for Priority International Shipping without tracking numbers or insurance.


Note for USPS Shipping: Due to the low shipping cost, the customer is responsible for any lost or delayed items.

PAYMENT:

Shipping and billing addresses MUST be the same.
We accept these credit cards: Mastercard and Visa.
Credit Card number must be entered without spaces or dashes.
